Currently almost 60% of the American population is overweight.😳


And you are being misled by the diet industry. 🤦🏻‍♀️


The calories in vs calories out modle is not broken. ⚖️


But, our metabolisms aren’t what they use to be. 📉


I see a lot of people who can’t lose weight no matter what or how hard they try. 🍎


It isn’t that there is a special diet for you... after all the physiology of the body is what it is. 🌟


We don’t have individual physiologies... where everyone works differently. 💥


Yes, you may be a carb burner or a fat burner primarily but it comes down to simple facts. 🤔


👉🏼We all need calories or energy or fuel

👉🏼We all need Protein, Carbs, & Fat

👉🏼Your body is built for survival

👉🏼Your metabolism can become damaged or broken or dysfunctional

👉🏼Your body is resilient

👉🏼Your metabolism can recover if you support it properly


The reason you’re most likely not losing weight after trying for years❓


Because you are dieting! 🤯


I know that is hard to digest & it doesn’t make sense to you just yet... 💯


For now know that you can only diet so much before your body fights back against you. 👀


How do you fix this? Easy...



Stop restricting so much

💫Track your food intake!

Stop just “eating healthy” or “eating better”

💫Strength train!

Stop doing all that cardio

💫You become patient!

Stop looking for results tomorrow


Yes there are reasons for this approach but it is too lengthy for this post. 🤷🏻‍♀️
