Injury and pain are something no one should have to suffer through.  Just because you are injured doesn't mean you shouldn't exercise.  You should move your body within your limits as much as possible.


After years of being in chronic pain, not being able to exercise or find any doctor or professional who could help me I was beaten down and felt like I'd never recover.  But I did.  I searched and searched for a solution that would help me heal, reduce my pain, and shorten my recovery time - and I found it : )


My solution to improving pain and injury is not traditional but it is simple.  My team and I use corrective exercise, muscle activation techniques, visual drills, and stability and strength training to help get you in the best shape of your post-injury life.

I've seen the same outcomes with all of my clients using this method, which parallels physical therapy, and this is exactly how I know it will work for you also.

We service rehabilitation programs in a one-on-one setting or in a semi-private setting - depending on where you are in your recovery.

Each of our rehab packages also includes personal accountability and nutrition coaching (if needed or wanted by the client) so you that you are sure to get the best result possible.
